For every purchase you make and for other actions such as referring a friend you will receive certain amount of Flexi-points, as communicated on our website. You can then make a request for an air-ticket, from My Account section of the website.
Our Customer Support will look for options to satisfy your request and publish the ticket on the ‘Air-Tickets’ section of the website, where you can use your Flexi-Points to redeem it. We reward your preference and loyalty to Flexi-fencing with air tickets! Your next flight to a competition may be on us!
We accept major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD), Paypal, Alipay (China only). We also accept bank transfer to our HSBC account in Hong Kong (details on checkout page).
Not directly yet, but you can use your American Express or CUP cards linked to a Paypal account or to an Alipay account (China only) and complete your payment via Paypal or Alipay.
Shipping to China is free - no additional charges.
Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country, size and weight of your order. Shipping cost is updated when you insert your shipping address in checkout page or when you request an estimate on cart page.
Currently Flexi-fencing is active online only in Hong Kong S.A.R. and China. To ship to other countries, please register on our website, fill your cart with the products you are interested in and then create a new Support Request from 'My Account' section. Include the desired shipping address in your Support Request. We will do our best to satisfy your request and our Customer Support will contact you shortly.
If the shipping destination is China, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. This is to accommodate the import personal shipping requirement enforced by China customs. You will receive email notification for each shipping.
We can replace or refund - on your request - defective or wrong products, with no additional fee to you. We will cover also additional shipping fees.
If you think your product is defective or wrong, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org or or open a Support Request from ‘My Account’ section, within 10 days upon receiving the goods. In your request, please add a clear description of the defect or the wrong product and one of more pictures of it, you can shoot with your phone.
Our Customer Support will guide you through the next steps, including organising the return shipping.
Size charts are available on the pages of specific products. These will help you in taking the correct measurements and make the right choice on the size.
